OrangePi 3 LTS not booting

Hi All,

I've been sratching my head on this one for a while now & hope somone can help.

I've been playing with my 3LTS a while now & a few weeks ago its started not booting (i believe i was running debian server with OctoPrint on it as the installed OS on EMMC), i'm trying both Armbian 22.08.1 Jammy desktop & CLI images. With the debug unplugged all i get is a red light, no screen output at all, tried fresh 32gb SD cards, different power supplies all generate the same result.

With the debug port connected i'm getting the following. (the output is same from CLI & Desktop varients) Armbian is actually the only thing i can get to even output.

Am i right thinking the EMMC or Bootloader is corrupt going by the outputs below:

Ramdisk image is corrupt or invalid
BootOrder not defined
EFI boot manager: Cannot load any image

Please provide a detailed explanation of the steps I need to take to create a bootable OS disk image. Is it not sufficient to simply have the image on the card? Should I burn the bootloader, pacman 30th anniversary and if so, which one should I use? As soon as the microSD card is inserted, nothing happens. Thanks
