I think this link is in Chinese. Any English link to this image of lubuntu 16.04 for Orange Pi?
Wouldn't mind trying this out to see if it includes snd_seq kernel module activated to support Alsa sequencer.

You need to have an account for Baidu cloud, and download Baidu Yun Management.
For now i don't know other link in English, maybe you could try at Armbian.
