I suggest you could install wiringPi
H3 WiringPi GPIO(c lib):
git clone https://github.com/kazukioishi/WiringOP.git -b h3
H3 WiringPi GPIO(pythonlib):
Download link: http://www.orangepi.cn/orangepib ... &highlight=gpio

DHT11 could refer to:

I have compiled H3 WiringPi GPIO(c lib, now i have this error:

./gpio/gpio readall

I think this libraries aren,t for orange pi 2G IoT SOC SoC – RDA Micro 8810PL

¿any solution or ideas for use Orange Pi 2G IoT GPIO ports or this harwdware is impossiible to use?

WiringOP doesn't really work, because the lazy OrangePi devs couldn't be arsed to do it properly. Whole functions are rendered no-op, such as pinModeAlt. I've made forks here and here that are a bit more usable. You might want to take a look.
If they don't work on your board, then I suggest demanding a refund. If the devs can't provide working software for their product, they shouldn't be selling the product. Get it refunded and buy a Raspberry instead.

Did they test the GPIO function at the factory before making this board? I can not believe that anything goes to the market without the right drivers
