The prebuilt image is already based on dietpi.

I installed surfero75's works, but my Pi stuck at --> Bad init string.
And LED of pi turns off.

Can you help with expanding file system on NAND ?

Do you have any other IoT NAND images . used your tutrial to flash Opi 2g.

But only problem is low memory 512mb

It's okay. Just press enter then type usename  root and then dietpi password
