Just use default language, use a mouse and press next ( > ) ... You can change it on system configs ...

OK This is best firmware but we cannot install it. I cannot choose language and I cannot click next button because it is disabled.

You select the file you want to download. xz foles are the archives, md5sum files are md5 checksum files.
Language selector is shown early, while some apk's are unpacked and the system is unresponsive. Just wait longer. Change by holding the left mouse button pressed and dragging.
