the varnish just looks like it was touched when it was first applied, i thought the orange pi required a 2 amp 5 Volt power supply not a 1 amp so that may be your problem it is worth trying a larger power supply before returning the board.

Yes, but I think I will keep it, because the cost to send it is a little high... And the board works good !

Sorry,First 100 pcs orange pi Engineering sample's  RJ45 led isn't lighting. The new production has been improved.
