Orange PI- no video and shuting down after 30-40 sec

                Hello,
I am using Orange PI over a month and now does want to boot. Every thing works fine until last week when he "died". I am using 16 GB Class10 Micro USB card, power supply of 5V/3A. When i powered up the red led is on and ethernet port led is on, and afer 30-45s the leds from the ethernet port start to blink and stop(the red led is still on). I change the power supply, OS and TF card and the same think happend.I measure the current consumption and the board reach 600mA then the ethernet port leds stops. I connect orange pi to a PC terminal to see the boot log. This is the log:
