Could anybody compile this tool for Windows? I found somewhere in the internet 3 year old windows binaries but they seem to be too old to support all H3 features.
Frequently booting Linux on OrangePi just for such conversion is not very comfortable
Until you find working binaries you could install VMware - player or something and boot Ubuntu in a virtual machine, then you wouldn't have keep rebooting your OPi for that.
