Hello dear all,
after about ~ a month of successfull work with Debian, I noticed that CPU started to be abnormally hot just after few minutes of work without any load.
Earlier CPU temperature was 35..45C at average load, but now it shows about 80C  and more just after 2... 3 minutes after cold start.

Heatsink was attached to CPU at once after board purchase.

New fresh Debian (Armbian) intallation is used for test.
Here is a log of armbianmonitor: http://pastebin.com/raw/VcUHyUNc

Any ideas what happens? I suppose power regulator on board is broken?

p.s.
Also I noticed that my board now consume 1,8A  instead of 0.3A as before.

I've noticed that attaching a monitor to a board causes serious heat addition - without display cpu is noticeably cooler. And also, when in high resolution mode, gpu produces more heat than in text console. But 80C without load is too much.

You don’t need to worry about the overheat problem if the temperature is under 85℃. Overheating will have a little influence on the speed, but will not affect the normal work .
