then why i Insert the 3.5mm to CVBS cable TV it's still no singal
also i using opensuse zypper is downloaded the 4.0+ kernel but when

i type "Uname -a" in console it's still say 3.4.xx

You should be glad that kernel wasn't upgraded, because you would get unbootable system...

About tv issue: Did you load tv module ("modprobe tv")? And if you did, do you have enabled tv in script.bin? If you have done both things, are you sure that you have correct cable? I think there is (or was?) an issue with cable sold by Xunlong, ground and composite signal are inverted...
