Is OrangePi PC2 expansion pins, compatible with Raspberry Pi B+ ?

I would say that, yes, but it depends on how you want to use them

OrangePi PC2 40pin expansion connector is not Raspberry B+ compatible.

In Raspberry and in all other OrangePi boards, we can use the I2S as the relevant pins are exported to the 40pin connector.

Quite unfortunately, in PC2 the designer made an error and not all the I2S signals are exported, specifically the PA20 DOUT has been used for a ..status LED, that is a very poor design choice.
Hopefully in a next version OrangePi will find the design error and fix it.
