Who do I contact to get my board replaced?

My OrangePi One was up and running just fine, (with a heatsink), all was working perfectly.

Then my display started to blank out, come back, blank out, come back, etc. so I used remote desktop to do a shutdown.  While I was connecting the screen went black permanently.

I can not get any display from the HDMI port since then, I have tried a freshly imaged SD card, I can use the OPi via ssh or serial but nothing on the HDMI.

I pulled the One and put my OrangePi PC in it's place (same power supply, HDMI cable, keyboard, mouse, etc.) and it's working perfectly.

Any ideas?

As it appears that Xunlong does not give any warranty, you have unfortunately only those options:
1. You still have the Aliexpress buyer protection (15days once the order is closed): Raise a dispute.
2. You have it over 15 days: no warranty.

To do some troubleshooting, I would:
1. observe what happens to the LEDs once the OPI is powered, do they light up at all?
2. check the voltage at the 5V and 3.3V rail (GPIO pin 2/4 5V, pin 6 ground, pin 1 3.3V)
3a. if there is the correct voltage at the rails to connect a UART to USB adapter and to have a look there,
3b. dcpost reported a blown SY8008B on his board (link), maybe you face something similar.

As I said, it still boots up, and I can connect to it, log in, etc. via ssh and serial.

Hm,
I would test in this case the components in between the H3 and HDMI port. The google link for the schematics is down again so I could not check the what might be onnected to the HDMI from the H3...
I hope you are lucky to find the error.

It is embarrassing that Steven/Xunlong do not have the guts to answer here...

Yeah, I agree.  Just give me your money, I'll give you a board that may or may not work.  Got the cash now so I don't care.

Wonder if slump in sales might make him/them change their minds......

I bought the board to use it, not play tech with.
