OPI temperature

Hello folks,

I have a problem, 5 minutes after starting OPI I get temperatures around 70 celsius grades without running any software. I am using Armbian debian 5.25 Jessie OS.
Should OPI be equipt with a heatsink as standard solution ??
Are your devices react the same ??

I have managed using an cooler + heatsink because of my needness of high frecq on all cores.
