The LEDs stopped working on the board. The light-LED of the network connection works fine. The operation system is loaded normally, the video, the network, SATA is there.
At first, the brightness of these LEDs fell. Then she herself recovered, but recently disappeared completely.

I suspect that the problem is with the power supply of the LEDs themselves. How can I fix this?

There are degradation of LEDs. I replaced them. All works.
