PC Plus have EMMC Flash on board, Android image is pre-installed. you can plug the power adapter only, no SD card to boot the board. When the board boot, the power LED will light, and then you plug the HDMI to HDMI or HDMI to VGA cable to a 1080*720 screen, it will have output.
