Hi! Like title, can I use the Orange Pi like a Raspberry Pi? Is it full compatible? Another question I have bought Orange Pi Zero and Orange Pi PC I have bought also Zero expansion board and NAS board I need some tutorial to use they?

On the kernel level, they are not compatible. On OS levels yes.
