No Power , No Boot PC2

I orderd 2 OP PC2, but No LED is flashing if I power them on. An older OP works. 5V/3A Supply..

Hi,
1. Have you checked the voltage at the 5V rail? You need a voltmeter and check in between GPIO pin 2 or 4 (5V) and pin 6 (GND). If the voltage drops below 5V you need to use a power supply that has a stabilized 5V output. man power supplies do not have that, even if they are rated 5V.
2. Which image did you try and did you check the image?

The Ethernet and power LED wont light if the board dont boot, so most people will consider it dead. Acutally it just dont boot.
So download images on Orangepi offical web for PC2, and burn it to the 8 or 16 GB 10class SD card.

Power the PC2 from the DCIN port
