Default logic level of GPIO18 and GPIO18 are high

Hello everyone;

We are currently use pin no.16(TWI1-SDA / PA19 / GPIO19) and pin no.18(TWI1-SCK / PA18 / GPIO18) of 13x2 Expansion port of orange pi Zero Board for LED indication.

Default logic level of these both pins are high on board boo-tup and due to that our led indications become wrong.

is it possible to change the logic level of both pins to low(ground) on board boot-up process?
