Has anyone tried to compile your Android into this board?

Does ethernet work on this image (for OPI PC)?
If yes, can you share it again?

I'm been testing the opi-pc for a few days now.  I can confirm that ethernet works with this image.  However, these boards seem to be less than ideal when it comes to the SD cards they support.  You will hear people advising to use a class 10 card.  But that doesn't always work either.  I have two class 10 sd cards sandisk on which ethernet don't work on this image but I have two cheap class 4 pny which everthing works fine.  That being said, it's better to have a higher class if the card is supported.

You can buy a Microflash class 10 TF card. It is very stable for this Android image. I confirm. You can also add a USB wifi card. I have successfully installed a USB WIFI for OPI-PC, both Android and Lubuntu are working.
