Cannot use  an old monitor, with DVI input, because of an HDCP issue with the PI plus.
Is there a patch or fix that can be downloaded, rather than having to program the pi ?

Thanks

You can use that HDMI decoder set.
that set make HDMI audio, video separation.
Can be used on an old monitor.

^ Don't you hate it when people give half answers and don't give reference to what they are talking of .

Hmm is this my problem as well ? I have dvi 24 + 5 connection for my desktop monitor and got the converter to HDMI but so far can get  no sort of picture at all from the pi. Would that be why?

I just found this article. Seems related? though I don't know much about these things.
