Are also RF remotes supported or is it only IR?
I'm trying to connect Medion X10 Slim OR25V RF remote but with no luck.
Kodi in debug does not detect keystrokes - I think additional driver may be required.

It is supported on OpenELEC 6.0.3 x86_64 (tested on my PC)
I've compared lsmod before and after attaching receiver and those modules are additionally loaded:
Module                  Size  Used by
rc_medion_x10_digitainer     1282  0
ati_remote              7040  0
rc_core                14087  3 ati_remote,rc_medion_x10_digitainer

I did insmod rc-medion-x10-digitainer.ko and ati_remote.ko on OPPlus but can't find rc_core and remote is not working
dmesg dump stack after attaching receiver to OPPlus: http://xbmclogs.com/piqmnr3dn

I understand it's background priority but can I do anything which would help to investigate?

According to your logs, driver is there. Only problem is that it crashes. I don't have such hardware and if I did, I would be still pretty clueless what to do. You can try to debug what is wrong if you know how. The only thing I can rememeber is that you could disable media_build in projects/H3/options and try to rebuild and test.

It does work without media_build!
Thank you jernej I'll try to look into to find out root cause but I'm not sure if I will be able to find it.

I just received my Orange Pi.

I install OpenELEC-H3.arm-7.0-devel-20160309212704-r22307-g661c2cf.img

I followed the tutorial and when I reboot the orange Pi since Putty SSH, the remote control does not work.

I tried 3 remote control and I have the same result.

When I check if everything is recorded and that I type: nano /storage/.config/my_remote

I have the commands:

0x80529058 KEY_UP
0x80529059 KEY_DOWN
0x8052105a KEY_LEFT
0x8052905b KEY_RIGHT
0x8052905c KEY_SELECT

The file autostart file is also created:

nano /storage/.config/autostart.sh

I have written:

ir-keytable -c -p NEC, RC-5, RC-6, JVC, SONY, LIRC, OTHER -w /storage/.config/my_remote

I try several remotes not working.

Can you help me please
