When I power off system ,  it restarts if battery connected.

it's a 4000mAh  LIPO battery from old tablet.
Red/black wires connected under board at respective BAT+ , BAT-  (NOT AT 5V SATA as picture seems)

orange pi mini has ic axp209, it is capable of supervise the battery charge process.

Yes, I only put a connector ( see image above) for disconnect battery  to board  power off.
