Sorry, I posted in General when I should have posted here.
OPi PC runing Fedora
I ran "dnf -y update" and now I have in /boot vmlinuz-4.4.6-201.fc22 and I've rebooted
uname -r = 3.4.39
How do I get it to use the new kernel?

you should update u-boot config file。but 4.4.6 maybe can't support H3
