Install android on the micro sd card. After you change the regional settings, no applications are running. Neither the market nor the browser anything. Can I download android unchanged.

I'm having the same problem.  The OS comes up - but none of the software packages load.  I tried putting on a google play apk to force the issue - but it too will not load.
