AllWinner H3 - X32KFOUT pin

Hi All,
I have questions about AllWinner H3 ball named "X32KFOUT" (ball P3).
Pin signal description from datasheet says this pin is "Clock Output Of 32768Hz LOSC".
1. What is LOSC? How is this different from OSC?
2. Why is X32KFOUT open-drain type? Other clock output like X24MOUT is analog-output. How is open-drain implementation used?
3. Can someone show me equivalent internal circuit for X32KFOUT? Even hand sketch or picture link is okay (I hope to understand better).
