Hi all,

After installling the Minimal Arch Linux image, I tried running the  install_to_emmc script but it failed as follows:

$ sudo sh ./install_to_emmc
Tue Oct 18 19:28:45 UTC 2016

If I run the command at the error point manually, I get:
$ sudo mkfs.vfat -n EMMCBOOT ${sdcard}p1

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi friend, usually install the right image into SD card, and then replace the image on SD card into Emmc.

Hi admin,
Question 1
=========
How to do this part "and then replace the image on SD card into Emmc."

As described above I used sudo sh ./install_to_emmc. This is a script provided by orangepi. But it faills as described above.

Question2
========
I now have Armbian installed on sdcard. It boots ok. I tried their script nand_emmc, but it failed too complaining about no target.

I checked and there were no emmc devices, but 16GB EMMC should be present. Only /dev/mmcblk0  is present. Is their some way to reset the EMMC?
Thanks

Hi admin,
Question 1
=========

Hi, I am not sure whether it could work, but your could try when you are availble:
How to replacement the android image in the EMMC flash?
Use the PhonixCard tool under the windows, choose the correspond  android image(download from our official website ) for the board, click the “Product” button, then click the “Burn” button. Then insert the SD card into the TF slot. Turn on the board, wait for the image write to the Flash until finish.
