orange pi pc openelec network issues

hello people. i installed latest openelec build 26-10-2016 on orange pi pc and i connect it to my router via lan cable. my streaming from all addons is very slow. i installed speedtest addon for kodi and the speedtest says 5mbps but my actual speedtest from my pc and my mobile phone is always above 15mbps. is there a bug on openelec ??? it is really annoying while streaming from internet. please help.

Are you comfortable compiling OpenELEC? If you do, you could do a git bisect, which would point to exact change which caused this issue.
