Allwinners u-boot present in the H3-SDK does not support this.
sunxi-u-boot does not support the H3
...

android too demo.... USB OTG is useless, so it is only a demo... It would be great if you could do it manually as root.

because I think many people may be potential ...
if we knew where to drive off a bit ...
Kernel "diff" can only look for differences do list. etc. ...

because that's the suffering that we expect to show up steven....

Did you mean by your statement that you can only change resolution with sys_config.fex on android?  I am running ubuntu.  Can we change resolution on that somehow without building u-boot? If so, what file (and path to it) do we modify?

I am talking about the hdmi output here.  To run ubuntu image, I had to use the u-boot you posted recently because my monitor does not support 50 hz.  But it would be nice to us higher resoultions on the big monitor at 1680x1080.  I also have a 5" that needs 1024x600.  It would be nice to be able to use either.

Mark.

I only use android on my phone too.  But I'm trying to change the resolution on my orange-pi+ running lubuntu, and I don't plan to use android on my orange.  The thread is titled  "how can I change video resolution on my orange lubuntu?"

Yeah, Why you mentioned then Android?
when I read Android I d'ont understand anything anymore.

I repeat :
once you have your u-boot.bin "attach" the modified sys_config.bin with your screen resolution parameter and write it to your SD-card.
For now it works this way until we have a working u-boot that can read uEnv.txt or ...............

I don't understand anything you just said.  Where does you get the u-boot.bin?  where do you get the sys_config.bin?  How do you modify it?  How do you attach it?  And finally, where do I write it to the sd-card? /boot, /root or somewhere else?

Could you just start at the beginning stating all the steps needed to change resolution, tutorial style?  This is new to me!!!

I do not know Linux. I understand a little English. It helps me to Google Translate. I have a "Raspberry Pi" and had no problem from the beginning. But Orange Pi plus is unpleasant. It is unpleasant because it is unfriendly. I wanted a computer for fun - because it was advertised by You, but I see that for my money I will support the development of this platform. Idly and without pleasure. Thank you.

PS. How in Orange Pi Plus to change the screen resolution to 1920x1080 ????????
Please write so that I understand. I want to be your friend.
