first time is always longer as system rescans new packages and sets up some thing. next should be fa ...

each boot takes a long time, I've installed OPI PC+ h3droid before, booting in 20 seconds. but plus2e takes about 2 minutes. my power supply is 5V 3000mah.

without looking at the uart output and/or logcat it's hard to tell what is happening on your device

Can the OPI plus2e automatically open the LCD drive in HDMI mode when booting? with raspeery Pi, HDMI resolution automatically starts on the HDMI channel. OPI starts in AV2 and I manually turn on the HDMI channel. is there a solution?

if you are using h3droid installer, make sure to connect hdmi before starting it, otherwise it switches to cvbs

for green linux it's about some setting in fex/h3resc, in 1.3.4 i think it got renamed to dvi or hdcp fix (in display submenu). as for the freeze, only video freezes or whole board?

Thanks for the help. Green screen issue fixed.

I also found that playback freezes are EBMC (Kodi) related (on Android). Video plays well in VLC player.
I will try another kodi package.

if playback freezes some seconds after start, it's adaptive quality issue, just rewind 30s and it will work. unfortunatelly driver is binary so the only fix is rewind (or setting quality to some value instead of auto)

i've managed to fix kernel bugs to run h3droid on orange pi zero (256M). everything works, ethernet, wifi, video playback, apps. as long you dont run out of memory. but i'm not sure i want to release it into the wild. too many people would come back with broken sdcard (due to swap hell).

I had problem with YouTube. Unable to play video in YouTube. It says connectivity issue and asks to check on system time. Mine is 1.3.4 with OPiPC.
