wine its not emulator. First you need emulate x86 architecture. Try qemu...

You don't have many ways of making this work (well). DOSBOX and QEMU can emulate DOS/Windows. Depending on the program you're trying to run, it may not run well (or at all).

I tried dosbox it only runs programs from like windows 90 or something because I couldnt get anything working with that, I want a simple windows exe to work like notepad
