After you download the image from Armbian you need to unzip it usually using 7-zip to get the .img file.  Then you use something like Etcher from etcher.io to write the image to a SDcard that you boot from.  That is assuming you are using a Microsoft OS.

I believe if you are using linux you just use dd to write the image to an SD card.  I forget if the pi-pc has eMMC, if it does there is a command to write the image from the SDcard over your eMMC.  I forget what it was, something like wrt-to-emmc.
