what is the speed of this CPU H5 Quad-core Cortex-A53 64bit?

With ARMBIAN image, arm cores run at up to 1.3Ghz. It will however quickly throttle down to 900-1000Mhz due to excessive heat.

Numbers can fool you if you don't understand them. 1.6Ghz is overclocked speed (used for marketing) which throttle down even faster resulting in a poorer overall performance. Armbian runs on lower speed ... and faster, cooler and consume less energy. We made a waste amount of tests to find those settings. Board makers never go this far.

H3 version is little more supported than H5 at the moment but things changing quickly.
