Hi,
thanks for the DXF!!!
I was planing to make a media center case and now i can continue without waiting for my orage pi+ to measure the mount holes
I'm gonna make something like this one but with a 2.5 hdd into the case.
Suplies i'm gonna use:
  • One (or two to power and a usb hub) power suply
  • A socket with fuse
  • HDMI panel mount cable
  • Ethernet panel mount cable
  • 3-4 USB panel mount cables (from a motherboard back panel expansion, i solder to them the USB type A male plugs)
  • Antenna wifi panel mount
  • an IR sensor but i'm gonna use the Orange pi's (maybe i'm gonna desolder it and sodler pin headers)
  • A 20x4 LCD display (if i'm gonna make it work with KODI )
  • A USB DVB-T TV Tuner
  • A RCA panel mount for the audio/video jack (It's a 4 pole like the raspberry's? Can some one help me?)

I'm still thinking about the power button... I haven't decide yet if i'm gonna replace it with something else or if i'm gonna make something like the button the PC cases have...
When i have the plans i'm gonna post them here ;)

If you have any suggestions let me know

Hi
I'm working on a project similar to this using the OPI, I'll put some drawings up after I've built the prototype and know it all fits

Hi,

Grampy good job!  with the case for PI PLUS!

Could you please, create a PDF file for me please?

I do not have CAD, moreover I do not know how to use it :-( - ideally all sides on 1 page - paper size A4.
I would to print it on A4, glue to plastic and saw it manually.

Thanks in advance!

Hi pinello sorry for the late reply, I've got the case off being Nickel plated (cause I can, Lol) and haven't been online. Here ya go

If you're looking at printing this, you will probably want to modify the model, i.e. add support structures etc.
Good luck, enjoy.
