I can not see a PCB layout guideline for antenna and related items,

Bianchi, that's because routing rf signals is not specific to a particular chip, and its kind of a black art. BUT there are sources all over the interwebs to teach you how, look for rf routing guidelines. They are universally applicable. The main thing is you need to make sure your rf track has the right impedence and ground shields, but its more complex than just that alone.
