Hi, there are some very low cost rf chips probably like 2-10 dollars + the cost of alot of coil to make a radio transmitter the size of a bucket, and than we link it to make a solid connection per state ill have one in florida https://hackaday.com/2010/07/27/200-mile-rf-transmitter-and-high-altitude-balloon/

Ill be using some of the bandwidth to host a video game server.
