Same with Debian and Ubuntu, you can't even update the distro, download any packages etc.

It's too bad that good products have a struggle because of bad software. If they would hire professionals(like this company https://hebronsoft.com/services) on their side than they would benefit from it. It's very crucial to have a good working website or app in our modern days of online business.
