Orange pi plus - problem with video

Hi everybody.

I have orange pi plus microcomputer. I've installed ubuntu on sd flash drive (from the official site), turned on the power supply, and connected RCA video output to my tv. Previously (a year ago) it worked, there was all right with video on a connected TV.

Now, a year later, instead of a normal video, I have something like this:



It seems that everything is normal with the power adapter - the voltage does not fall below 5.3 V. In case of low power, microcomputer wouldn't start at all, I think so.

So what is wrong?
