Orange Pi mini 2 Ethernet

At the Orange Pi 2 series I see that ethernet are "down graded" from 1Gb to 100Mb.  How are the ethernet connected on the Orange Pi mini 2 board?

Is it an ethernet chip that handel communication to the CPU or is it by the USB bus as at Raspberry Pi

AFAIK ethernet integrated in H3 SoC.(1000M MAC + 100M PHY). With external 1000M PHY chip it can do gigabit, without - 100M.
