simply as hell,burn img,no copied nothing on BOOT!!!!! Just rename script.binopipc720 to script.bin  ...

I have and I have posted log from the serial monitor. By boot I think that we both mean FAT partition, not in extf4 internal filesystem. Without renaming this script we wouldn't even get to this point.

I think you have to copy the right uIMage file as well.
But also get the latest updates from script kernal.tar.gz as this will have the latest bug fixes and enhancements.

I have copied uImage and scripts.bin, if I hadn't I wouldn't even boot the board. Liderbug have you somehow managed to overcome this issue?

EDIT:
now something different happened: I tried to boot with wireless keyboard and it failed even sooner than before, then i removed the usb dongle and rebooted. Here is a log:

as you can see it went into a some kind of loop with

Ok guys, I have managed to pinpoint the issue: it's the power supply. Even though I have used 5V 2A psu I think it's quality wasn't the best. When I used different power supply it worked. I don't know why orange pi is so picky about power supply, but I'm happy that I know what's going on.

Yes, I confirm: with a 10A power supply it boots like a charm!

          OK, so what is a hairy smoking golfball?
          The idea of a hairy smoking golfballl was proposed long ago by IBM engineers who were trying to predict the future of computer development. Looking back at the development of computers from that point in time, it was noticed that the size of the CPU was getting smaller while the computing "horsepower" of the machines was increasing. By inventing processes that would allow the device to become smaller, many of the problems of early designs caused by the laws of physics involving transmission of electrical current through conductors in large computers were being overcome. As a result,engineering aimed at reducing the size of components in order to take advantage of the better performance of smaller devices.
         
The theory of the hairy smoking golfball is as follows:

First, the engineers decided that the ideal size of the CPU would be about the size of a golfball. The diameter of a golf ball is such that a computer built to that size would have conductors that were very short, which in turn would allow faster speed and more circuits in a smaller space.

Second, they considered that the golfball would be hairy because of the many hundreds of wires connecting the device to the outside world, such as for power and I/O devices.

Third, they observed that the device would be smoking because it would be disappating a very large amount of heat in a very small space.

It turns out that the engineers of long ago were right. Consider the current Intel Pentium 4 processor. The die at the center of the device is much smaller than a golfball. The device has hundreds of pins provided to attach it to its socket and through this to the power and I/O devices involved. And, one of the major problems of Pentium devices is the heat they create. Most PC's today have a cooling fan mounted right on the processor.

OK, my 5v 10a power supply arrived. - I burned OrangePI_Jessie_Xfce.img and it booted.  I only have 1 USB port that works - I have to keep swapping keyboard/mouse.  Although maybe not a problem as I will only be doing ssh and vnc.  

What is the normal current draw of a OPi-PC?

I'm not sure how much current they draw but I did notice that when I bought my orangepi PC combo from aliexpress it came with a 3watt power supply which I thought was a little strange as they specify only 2amps to power the board. I'm not complaining though as I am powering a cpu fan and possibly in the future an external SSD drive through a USB port.
