Supported Camera Modules - List 看全部

Yes, different batch as the printing is different, but yes.
Again, I assume because there is no keying that it doesn't matter as to cable flip.
[bloody forehead] - bin2fex - took forever to find that sunxi-tools contains it as a link to sunxi-fexc
then I figured out to do  bin2fex /media/boot/script.bin > script.fex
mine does not the camera section I see above (somewhere) I'll try a cut'n'paste and continue from there.
Also - "motion" - I can not find it anywhere.
thanks

Disclaimer, I'm an absolute beginner with Orange Pi and didn't even received OPi PC and camera module.

But according to Schematics it does matter how you connect the camera, compare with the pinout below.

Pins 1/24 are marked so starting from these instructions it should be obvious how to insert the module. In case you use any of the vendor's OS images I would immediately visit this thread and give any of loboris' images a try (rule of thumb when you deal with Bananas and Oranges -- only use community provided OS images!)

OK, I will try to help you
If you connect camera board facing to bottom it will not work.

1. Get @loboris kernel and script.bin and write it to first boot partition (script.bin for OPI PC).
2. Copy kernel modules for @loboris kernel to second partition to lib/modules

OR altirnatively get FULL IMAGE from @loboris and write it to SD card - you will not have to change anything (it is preconfigured for gc2035 CSI camera).

3.Start the system, open console and type:

modprobe gc2035
modprobe vfe-v4l2

4. Start synaptic or aptitude or yum (acording to your system) - to install motion from repository. You can install fswebcam - it should work too.

5. Have fun

Talk about going on a scavenger hunt ...  OK, I double checked the cabling, did the 2 modprobs, have fswebcam installed

# fswebcam - > cam.jpg
--- Opening /dev/video0...
Trying source module v4l2...
/dev/video0 opened.
No input was specified, using the first.
Adjusting resolution from 384x288 to 800x600.
--- Capturing frame...
GD Error: gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error:
Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x5b 0x50Captured frame in 0.00 seconds.
--- Processing captured image...
Writing JPEG image to '-'.

and I have cam.jpg - an image of a lump of coal in the mine at midnight.
So the next question is:  what is the output format?  I'll keep playing.
tks
---------------------------- 1/2 hour later

fswebcam -p UYVY -S2 -d /dev/video0 - > cam.jpg
TA-DA!!!!  an image of the underside of my deck  WHOOOO-HOOOOO

GAWD my forehead is sore and bloody ...

Another question:  Focus?  I can't tell if the camera module can focus or not.  The foreground is sharp but 5m+ it starts going out of focus. fswebcam doesn't know the word.

Thanks
