I think you mean this command. The libvdpau_sunxi.so.1 file should be here.
  1. sudo ln -s /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/vdpau/libvdpau_sunxi.so.1 /usr/lib/libvdpau_nvidia.so

I got errors on start mplayer.
