Hello,
On installing lubuntu on Only 500mb of free space is left on for file system which runs out of memory on installing other application.
How can i expand the file system or what is the solution ? I have 12GB of remaining unallocated space How can i make it use for file system.

There's this magic thing called parted. Look it up (you CAN alternatively use fdisk too, btw)

I have the same problem. SD 16 gb, but OP PC2 only sees 4gb.
I followed the installation procedure for the orangePI PC because could not find one for the orangepi PC2
Can someone explain step by step ( I'm completely new with this stuff) how I can use the full memory card ?

At this moment I cannot load any program because no memory space.

I tested the SD-card in my linuxmint PC.  Here is can see 15,5 gB with the instruction : sudo fdisk -l

I looks, something is wrong in the OP from the orangepi PC2. As said in my previous post, I used the orangepi PC quick start guide because there is no quick start guide for the OPPC2 available on the website.

starting lubuntu for the first time, you can enter the following command.


$ sudo fs_resize
$ sudo reboot


The /dev/mmcblk0p2 area is expanded by rebooting.
Update software after rebooting.
