I can hear you, man. Just take a picture of everything that moves or doesn't move. I photograph literally everything in my path, sometimes it turns out to be a very abstract photo.
I use Google chrome, Facebook and app fax every day https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fax-from-iphone-send-files/id1563922708 , it helps me to re-send the files. This is a pocket fax machine that can forward a fierce text in a matter of seconds using the built-in functions. A useful app these days.
