Ok, some photos !
The IPS screen works with my Raspberry Pi, not tried with Orange.
For the case, the photos can speak themselves. The first work is to hack the interface card to add sound volume, switch on /off etc

First try with the IPS screen: no problem
Now I'm waiting for a DVI / HDMI adapter (the screen interface has not HDMI) and a 30 pin extention cable (eDP).

It's a power bank which can delivery USB@5V for the OPi and 12V/19V for the screen. In fact, 19V when the charger is plugged and 12V if it not plugged.
There are 6 cells, 3x2 pairs. I don't know the real capacity of the battery, saled as 42000 mAh but I've doubts it's true.
I'm using a stepdown 19V->12V to reduce the voltage when the charger is plugged.
I can keep the desktop about 4h30 working, but I've not tested with games or with internet browser. Maybe less.

I have just removed the power bank's case and set the PCB in my case, with longer wires.

A lot of work, not finished yet...
I have many problems to solve, so many modifications are made compare to the beginning. I must to create place for the screen, I don't want it brings out from the case.The touchscreen is a little thick... (I'm looking to buy a multitouch, I should be verrrry better than a simple touch...)

I have added one tiny fan, 2 pieces was ordered but no  place to put the second one.
This (or maybe theses) fans will be driven by an Arduino mini, according to the temperature of the case. (helped with this tutorial). I'm waiting for the electronics parts.
For the sound, 4 speakers: 2 for the bass and 2 for the voices. The sound system is not a wall of sound but it's pretty cool, better than my laptop
Just one thing: I must add a sound filter before the ampli because there's some noise when I move the mouse.

I was forced to change the usb hub, because the original (from the fan case) wasn't alimented. So now I can plug one mouse and one keyboard without problems. I havn't try other device, I hope gps will work.
Still waiting for a longer EDP cable, so I can't put the screen. A short VGA cable is also in the plane...

By the way, the CR032 is NOT a CR032. It's a rechargeable battery, ML2032

the fan ----------- the screen board (transistor) is very hot, more than the SoC. That's why I have placed it here.

Hi all,

I have decided to go ahead with this project. As I know, no similar project exist, and now it works fine with my OPi. I have some improvements to do for the sound, but the prototype works fine.
