Hmmmmm Well I dont think you can boot entirely from Sata. But I do have an idea.

Put all the preboot files on the SD card, and the rest of the files onto the Sata. Youll have to change one of the Config (I think?) To be sda2 that it pulls the rest from. Ill have to take a better look at it later. But im sure I can come up with something for that. This way youll be booting with 8mb from the SD card, which will reduce wear and give you the extra speed of booting instead from a USB.

Honestly blender is a bitch lmao. Might want to learn sketchup instead.

Thank god someone already did this.

I dont have a pi of any kind still xD So would be hard to figure out if what im saying would boot without the ability to test it.

I had fun with my 3D printer. Spent 13 hours between assembling it (The instructions were terrible and didnt even match the parts included or the numbers on the bags.) Than another 3 learning marlin and adding my compiled build to the arduino mega. I can move the motors manually, but I cant create heat or print. Im guessing I need to set the thermisters for 6 instead of 1. I wasnt sure which 100k they were.

Anyways off topic but after not sleeping all night work is killer. Also, if you get a printer for your project. Save yourself the trouble and get a pre-assembled. Should be illegal to sell kits like that.

Yes, it's also a little expensive for me, the solution could also to go in a Fablab.
I hope your 3D printer is working now !
Just a little personal question: from which country are you come from ?

It wasnt all that expensive, it was only 400 bucks. So after all my rent and food for the month it took my extra pay

Im from Canada

It is kinda working. It prints, just terrible quality and I wouldnt trust it too go more than 4 layers high without ending up with the nozzle in the project. So going to be a bit more calibration wise.

Thats true a fablab would work.

400$ is a budget ! But is should be really cool to build all the objets you want.
Have fun with it !
For sketshup, I have take a look but it's a windoxs program, and I have only Kubuntu on my desktop. I will try to lauch it with wine. But there are probably other linux solution, I will look at it.

About my project, a good news:
I have a sata SSD Android working !!
After some long hours of trys, I managed to hack this. It's really better to use, and the benchmark result increase about 200 pts, so now 12050
