OrangepPi 5 cannot boot.

When I tried to use TTL in OPi 5, the OPi was shut down suddenly. And it cannot boot after that. My distro is Ubuntu 20.04 which is downloaded by the official release.
Does anyone tell me what happened or How can I recover my OPi back?

Your drive might have been corrupted, have you tried to reinstall the OS and booting from a fresh copy?

Yes, I already reinstalled OS but it still doesn't work. By the way, the LEDs(red&green) are not bright anymore.
