1. Rajasthan: Desert & Heritage Belt (Dunes and Palaces!)
For a Motorcycle Tour in Rajasthan, International riders must carry:
Valid International Driving Permit (IDP) for motorcycle (mandatory for foreigners). Passport & Visa with photocopies for quick hotel and checkpoint verification. Motorcycle Rental Agreement (if renting your bike in India). RC (Registration Certificate) – original or digital copy. Valid Insurance covering third-party liability. PUC Certificate. Emergency medical insurance suitable for long desert travel.
2. Himalayan: High Altitude Regions (The Roof of the World!) Riding in Ladakh, Spiti, or Uttarakhand requires extra documents for restricted zones: ILP/Travel Permits for areas like Ladakh (Nubra, Pangong), Spiti, or Arunachal.
