Best Lubricant for Smooth Sliding Doors?

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that my sliding doors have started sticking and making squeaky noises when opening or closing. I’m considering applying some lubricant but want to make sure I choose the right type that won’t damage the track or attract dirt over time.

I’ve read a few suggestions online, but experiences seem mixed. Has anyone had success using a sliding door track lubricant that works well for both metal and vinyl tracks? Any tips on application or maintenance to keep the doors sliding smoothly for years would be really appreciated!
