A while ago I recommended a casino to a friend who had never played anywhere before, and it backfired completely. The site seemed fine to me, but for a newcomer it was a nightmare — complicated registration, weird verification steps, and a lobby filled with stuff he didn’t understand. He got frustrated after ten minutes and gave up.
