Just build it yourself, there are instructions on the octoprint Website.

Right so I have octopi running but icons are of the screen and I cannot resize it... also none of my wifi dongles or bluetooth dongles work... Is there away to add the dongles? and how can I resize the screen??

At the moment I am preparing to send this back for a refund as it has become more hassle than is worth.    I have two raspberry pi's (Pi Zero, and Pi3) and they are so far much better and far less hassle than the Orange pi..
